Job Details:

• Develop impactful performance management programs,   including appropriate content, process and technology to   reinforce the high-performance culture.
• Develop a learning architecture and programs, supplemented   by individual coaching, training and career-planning.
• Develop a compelling employer brand, partnering with   Marketing, by aligning all HR offerings to build the desired   employee experience and engagement.
• Lead HR as a strategic voice and trusted business partner   across all COMPANY corporate entities.
• Utilizes resume sourcing techniques and pre-screening   abilities to identify potential candidates.
• Performs reference checks, background checks and new hire   paper work.
