Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of Contract documents, general and special conditions   with refer to the FIDIC standard clauses.
• Cost control by weekly monitoring the cost against the budget and   forecast the projected cost at end of the project.
• Preparation of proposed cash outflow for the development.
• Reconciliation of payment given to cont.
• Timely invoicing and collection of payment from client in time.
• Preparation and timely submission of MIS Reports.

Job Requirements:

• Only Female can apply.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is Required.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
