Job Details:

• Organize and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and   events for the HR team.
• Have deep knowledge of the company's goals and priorities.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate   communication between appropriate people and teams.
• Researches and responds to numerous complex exempt and   scheduled questions and problems. 
• Prepares materials and presents training to diverse employee   groups on various human resources topics. 
• Works with the departments on succession planning, talent   planning, benefits information, and performance management.
