A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Positions Human Resources as a highly accountable, service-   oriented and responsive function.
• Ensures the HR team is highly engaged as a strategic partner   and trusted advisor operating with a sense of urgency and sound   business understanding.
• Oversees continued enhancement and evaluation of HR business   decisions, processes and policies.
• Provides leadership, support, and drive to Division-wide   initiatives, such as annual goal-setting, performance planning,   organizational surveys, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Develop impactful performance management programs,   including appropriate content, process and technology to   reinforce the high-performance culture.
• Develop a learning architecture and programs, supplemented by   individual coaching, training and career-planning.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 8 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills.
• Good IT Skills.
