Experienced General Foreman

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Develop work instructions and cross-training plans
•  Provide shift supervision for the assembly/manufacturing team members.
• Drive continuous improvement of plant key performance indicators(Safety,    Quality, Customer Service, Cost).
•  Monitor supply inventory levels, and coordinate with others when    reordering is necessary.
•  Utilize lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish production   goals.
•  Adjust schedules and workload balance as required by the operation.

Job Requirements:

• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Diploma holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills in English.
