Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:  

• Certification of Cont Bills as per statutory requirements and    contract terms.
• Reconciliation of payment given to cont.
• Timely invoicing and collection of payment from client in time.
• Calculation of quantities for the project as per drawings
• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQS, Specifications,    Budgetary Estimates, Detailed Estimates, certification of bills
• Taking out quantities from CAD drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
