Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details: 

• Setting up/ management of performance appraisal systems 
• Helps to create, review and implement business procedures as the   business grows and establishes 
• Helps to plan any company events and activities.
• Supports business in navigating employee relations by   investigating helpline complaints, conflicts, or other concerns, exit   interviews, and coaching.
• Plans, directs, and supervises the work activities of HR   Generalist’s/Coordinator’s.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to qualify and approve transfers,   promotions, and offers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
•  BSc Qualification in Business Administration.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
