Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinates selection, promotion and placement of internal   company personnel.
• Develops and supervises training programs, and develops new   employee orientation programs.
• Ensures that employee training is current per the Companys   QMS.
• Works with department managers to create and update job   descriptions.
• Maintains necessary records on personnel, including training,   safety and environmental records.
• Prepares and issues documentation establishing personnel   policies, and interprets such policies for managers and   supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Having 4 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
