Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Coordinate the work of multiple subcontractors and lead   subcontractor coordination meetings on a regular basis.
• Conduct planning and maintenance of shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Assure all work is installed in accordance with the contract   documents The Successful Applicant.
• Overseeing and directing construction and rehabilitation   projects from conception to.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to develop cost estimates for   rehab or new construction projects.
• Oversee all onsite construction to monitor compliance with   building and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 11 years experience in the field.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
