Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Plans, directs, and supervises the work activities of HR   Generalist’s/Coordinator’s.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to qualify and approve   transfers, promotions, and offers.
• Onboarding – manages calendar and monitors quality of new    hire orientation; manager assimilation.
• Advising and assists with policy and procedure application,   updates, and compliance.
• Provide supervision to an HR Generalist and an Environmental   Health & Safety Supervisor.
• Accountable for the implementation and administration of all   Human Resource programs for the site.

Job Requirements:

• With 20 years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good IT Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
