Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Progressively engages and partners with leadership on more   complex business matters by diagnosing trends,   benchmarking, leveraging resources, skip-level meetings.
• Partners with peers locally and abroad to grow the brands   positive image in the community by supporting engagement   activities.
• Provide management and employees with information and   interpretation of human resource policies, rules and   procedures.
• Responsible for the strategic and tactical deployment of   initiatives that are set in motion to align with strategic   direction and goals of the HR function.
• Acts as coach and facilitator to assure development   commitments to IT team members are met.
• Counsels and advises management on policy and practice   issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 11 years experience in the field.
