Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitors and maintains HRIS system by entering employee and   benefits related information. Provides management reports as   needed.
• Participates in cost savings initiatives for the plant.
• Represent the company positively and effectively in all situations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with   a Business company strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing   demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and dismiss to selection the right   manpower; Through the engagement, motivation and preservation   aligned the Company development.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skilsl.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
