Job Details:

  •  Providing written employment verifications
  • Organizing files to be sent to off-site storage.
  •  Scanning documents for Legal Requests. 
  •  Handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Creating mail merge templates.
  •  Assisting with the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base    documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Eight years experienc ein the same field.
  •  Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Time management skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
