Required Finance Manager

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Finance Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Draft the Budget Execution Plan detailing obligation planning and    programming.
•  Assist in generating and coordinating current-year and out-year budget    formulation and execution. 
•  Support Logistics inputs to the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM)   and Program Review process, Issue Paper development, brief preparation    and other financial planning requirements.
•  Support the development, test and implementation of financial management    and tracking tools, including the Logistics Requirements Funding    Summary.
•  Develop and maintain a reporting system to track and analyze expenditures     by Task and Activity.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Five years experience in accounting.
•  Expertise in Finance.
• Proficient in MS Office.
