Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Recommends HR compliance best practices, policies and procedures. 
•  Conducts HR compliance training programs as needed.
•  Presents facts and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders with the ability to build consensus and drive action.
•  Maintains business relationships with a variety of manager throughout the enterprise, as well as inside and outside legal counsel.
•  Oversee, manage and provide compliance support for background check adjudication and hiring decisions to ensure compliance with internal  standards and local laws.
•  Oversees and manages the application of HR policies and processes. 

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Indian Male candidate need to apply.
• With more than 15 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
