Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Performs nursing evaluation to identify wound, ostomy, and   continence needs upon initial visit for all patients
• Performs and documents comprehensive wound, ostomy, and   continence focused assessment on each visit
• Documents all nursing interventions, nursing care,   medications/dressings utilized, pertinent findings, complications   and any other medical information of nursing related care on all   patients.
• Carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision.
• Advise on the promotion of health and prevention of illness.
• Adhere at all times to Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)   Code of Professional Conduct.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• BSC Nursing Holder.
• Patient Care.
