Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assists Commercial Manager with project financials and works as   a member of a cohesive team.
• Assists with the project plan, participates in kick off, and close out   meetings for the project.
• Develops, manages and administers the historical cost database to   ensure ongoing accuracy and suitability for optimal budget    forecasting, commercial and financial modeling.
• Conduct and follow the tender process for finalization of main   contract and sub-contract works for the projects.
• Fair negotiation with suppliers, sub-contractors, consultancy   services for availing the price discount.
• Preparation of Contract documents, general and special conditions   with refer to the FIDIC standard clauses.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
